Images don't work on site or in game

Sooo is this game just dead and broken now?
Just came back to it and none of the characters show up at all on the site or in game.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on custom themes

2. Add this number: 5f0c728221f55
https://prnt.sc/yy928u

3. Click on activate and you can even add the name: Naruto-arena

You can then add multiple themes, that people shared here, like having for instance bleach or one piece characters.

One Piece? Is there actually a custom made one piece theme, or were you just giving an example? Cause I've searched everywhere and can't find one.
